Congratulations on your engagement! We share in your immense joy as you prepare to celebrate the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony. Your wedding day is a beautiful milestone, the first step in a lifelong journey. We are honored to walk beside you as you build a foundation rooted in faith, mutual love, and Christ.
 
Together, and in coordination with our clergy, we will navigate the scheduling of your date, set up your formal marriage preparation, and complete your necessary paperwork. 

A member of our Marriage Ministry team will be there to assist during your rehearsal and on the day of your wedding, helping with practical details and ensuring that everything in the church runs smoothly. Their presence allows you and your loved ones to focus on what matters most: prayerfully and joyfully celebrating the Sacrament of Matrimony together.

Please note that according to the guidelines issued by the Roman Catholic Dioceses of New Jersey, you should begin planning at St. Paul Parish a year in advance of your wedding date.

Your first steps are to:

1. Complete our Wedding Intake Form: Each couple will work with our Pastoral Associate and will be partnered with a member of our Clergy to complete sacramental requirements.
2. Review our parish Wedding Policies to become familiar with the guidelines for celebrating your wedding at St. Paul Parish.
3. Register for Pre-Cana: St. Paul Parish offers Pre-Cana twice each year—on the first Saturday in November and the first Saturday in March. Couples may register through the Diocese of Trenton website. Our dedicated team of witness couples shares their experiences of married life, offering practical wisdom and faith-filled encouragement to help you build a strong foundation for your marriage.

Once we receive your Wedding Intake Form, Laura Sarubbi will be in touch to connect with you, answer any initial questions, and help guide you through the next steps as you prepare to celebrate the Sacrament of Matrimony.
