  Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (with lunch break)

- Summary of Duties
  
  Warmly welcome and greet all visitors to the parish office
  Answer and direct phone calls and in-person inquiries to the appropriate staff or ministry
  Provide accurate information regarding parish services and sacraments, including Baptisms, Weddings, Quinceañeras, funerals, and religious education
  Assist with new parishioner registration and maintain accurate parish records
  Support the coordination of both English and Hispanic parish calendars and communications
  Help prepare and distribute the parish bulletin and newsletters, particularly for the Hispanic community
  Maintain organized and confidential files and records
  Schedule Mass intentions and prepare Mass cards in both English and Spanish
  Prepare sponsor eligibility letters and other bilingual correspondence
  Support the preparation of weekend liturgical binders (particularly Spanish) and assist with special event planning
  Process incoming and outgoing mail
  Serve as a liaison between parishioners and clergy when community needs arise
  Take minutes at staff meetings and ensure all events are entered accurately into parish calendars

- Qualifications and Requirements
  
  Language & Communication
  Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  Strong interpersonal and phone skills
  Clear, professional communication with parishioners and staff
  
  Administrative Skills
  Experience with front desk duties: answering phones, greeting visitors
  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and comfortable with databases
  Able to maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and confidential records
  Skilled in drafting and translating letters, bulletins, and Mass cards
  
  Organizational Ability
  Detail-oriented and highly organized
  Capable of tracking parish events, surveys, and registrations
  Experience taking meeting minutes and coordinating logistics
  
  Knowledge & Experience
  Familiarity with Catholic sacraments, liturgical celebrations, and parish life
  Previous work in a parish or similar environment preferred

  Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks
  Team player with cultural sensitivity to both English- and Spanish-speaking communities
